Where do I start ... After getting injured at work and suffering constant pain before and after surgery. I had come to the conclusion that I will forever have this on going issue with my injured arm. I had reached out to several WC law firms and was basically derailed else where. One specific firm did share my situation with Jacob and Wallace, soon after I received a call from one of the members of the team, to start my case. My beautiful attorney Laura S. Voisine did an amazing job with my case she was very patient and tolerant with me. The process was very tedious and difficult and I became frustrated and anxious however she remained professional and worked diligently to get me top dollar for my case. Working with Jacobs & Wallace was one of the biggest pleasures I’ve had working with any attorney! Tony answered every question I had with in minutes of an email, even when driving to different cases he would stop and talk at any point in time. I want to start by saying how deeply grateful I am to Adele Jacobs for taking my case and truly fighting for me. After being rejected by other attorneys, I felt discouraged and unsure of where to turn. Adele did not turn me away. Instead, she listened, believed in my case, and promised to fight for me — and she kept that promise. From the very beginning, she made me feel like I wasn’t facing everything alone, and that meant more than I can express. The case did take longer than I expected, and at times that was frustrating. Legal processes can be overwhelming, especially when you’re also dealing with personal life stressors. However, throughout it all, Adele and Chip remained supportive and patient with me during some very difficult moments in my life. I’m especially thankful for Chip’s knowledge and understanding of my health condition. Having someone who genuinely understood what I was going through medically made a big difference and helped me feel heard and validated. Now that the case has settled, I honestly find myself missing our conversations and the sense of support I had during the process.
